Chocolate Mousse

What you need

  • Medjool dates 7 or 14 regular dates soaked for an hour in boiling water then drained
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup
  • Avocados 2 large (just ripe)
  • Light coconut cream/milk or almond milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla 1 teaspoon
  • Dark cocoa 3 Tablespoons
  • Honey or sugar 2 Tablespoons (if needed for sweetness)

Preparation time: 10 minutes


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth and velvety.  Delicious with Greek Yoghurt and fresh berries
